Career Development Events
What is a CDE?
Whether you are shy or outgoing, artistic or analytical, outdoorsy or prefer to stay indoors, there is sure to be at least one Career Development Event that fits your style and helps you learn skills to be successful in your future career. Career Development Events (CDEs) are opportunities to develop skills today that you can use in your future career no matter what career you choose. With the help of chapter advisors, experienced chapter members, and Alumni volunteers, CDEs give you an opportunity to truly let your talents shine and develop skills you didn’t even know you had.
There are 16 CDEs in West Tennessee. Some are team events, while others are designed for just one individual. No matter what CDE it is, you will have to work hard and practice to excel because you will be competing against others who, like you, are motivated to reach their highest potential.
